We offer express delivery options from our courier partners and affiliates to receive the Products purchased on our Site.

  • Product is delivered within 2 working days in UAE
  • Product delivered within 4-7 working days across GCC, subject to custom clearance.
  •  Delivery is from Monday to Saturday.

NOTE: During public holidays, deliveries might be delayed.

Shipment tracking

You can track shipment of your products by clicking on the "Track Your Order" link in the shipping confirmation email. Please note such link will direct you to the courier's website, which is not controlled by us.

Please note:

  •  It is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
  • We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after checkout.
  • If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mailbox.
  • Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you when you take possession of the products.
  • All products are shipped from our warehouses in Dubai, UAE.

The following list details locations within the UAE that are classified as “out of delivery” areas wherein a hand delivery cannot be effected.

Non-Delivery Areas in Abu Dhabi vicinity

Musaffah, GAMCO (Gulf Aircraft maintenance co), Airport terminal 1, After airport site office, Al bahia, Al Khatam, Al Khazna, Al Raha, Al Rahba, Al Saad, Al Samha, Al Sila, Al Watba, Areas starting with telephone number 51******, Bainoona, Baniyas, Beda Zayed, Buhasa, Ghayati, Habshan, Jabel Dhana, Journ ya Four, Liwa, Madinat Zayed City, Mafraq, Mirfa, Mohd Bin Zayed City, Ruwais, Sahamah, Sila, Suwehan, Tarif, Taweelah, Yahar, Asab, Yas Island, Gandoot,Sir Baniyas,Guwaifath,Das Island,Musaffah-ICAD City 2, Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp).

Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security-controlled zones and defense areas.

As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at our courier partners and affiliates’ office for the consignee’s collection between 0730-1930 hrs.

Non-delivery areas in Al Ain/Ajman/Umma Al Quwain/Fujairah/Ras Al Khaimah vicinity:

Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp), Adan, Al jeer, Shamm, Khath, Burairath, Siji Al Hail (crushers/dusan site), Shahma residential area (Dhaid).

Upon delivery of the products to our courier partners and affiliates, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.

All international deliveries are within cities only.

Return Policy

  • To be eligible for a return on items purchased online via www.miniml.com, the following conditions must be met:
  • Any item purchased up to 14 days from the day of delivery.
  • Customer must raise a ticket online.
  • Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition, unworn, must have the original packaging, all tags, accessories, and embellishments fully intact and accompanied by an original receipt.
  • Customer must handover the item to the carrier on the agreed date.
  •  Once MINIML has received your returned item, they will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Refund Processing:

  • Once returned item has been received and inspected, refund in the form of online store credit will be processed.
  • Cash refund is only applicable for the following:

            - Item purchased is out of stock
            - Item received is defective or damaged
            - Item does not match the listing description

  • Cash refund (if applicable) will be processed and credited to your account within 10-15 days or depending on your bank. If purchase was done via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will require you to share your bank details with us to transfer the funds.

MINIML reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn, or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Please note that some items are not refundable; for instance, Accessories, Boxed Underwear – Men and Women, Lingerie, Swimwear, Socks/Legwear are non-returnable items. However, you can return nonreturnable items if you receive the wrong item, or if the items arrive damaged.

Exchange Policy:

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process as above.
